In light of COVID-19 concerns, we have taken steps to make sure our extended community remains as safe as possible.

As another way to socially distance, we are now offering digital appointments to complement ongoing in-office care through Zoom. If you would like, you can connect with the same doctors you know and trust; now from the comfort of your home through your smartphone. We will be booking digital consults with telemedicine starting on Tuesday, 3/24 after 12 pm. What does this mean for you? You now have an additional way to communicate with the veterinarians that you know. You can schedule time to have them help evaluate if you need to make the trip to bring your pet in to see us. Other than us doing drop off only appointments and the social distancing protocols that we have put into place, not else has changed at the hospital. We'd love to continue to see you and your pet, and please remember to be sure to always call in case of an emergency. If you are interested in connecting digitally, please call the location of your preference to schedule the appointment:

Some important details:

  • You will not be talking to a third-party veterinarian.

  • Digital Consultations will cost $65 for up to a 15 minute consult. Longer digital consults may incur an additional fee.

  • Not all ailments are good fits for telemedicine. We will be up-front with you and conservative as always.

Please note, TeleMedicine is meant to supplement, and not replace, your pet's office visits . Should your pet need to be seen same day after a digital consult, we will deduct digital consult fee of $65 from your pet's physical exam. Any in-person follow up after will be billed separately.

We only offer telehealth services to patients with whom we have a VCPR , which is a Veterinarian Client Patient Relationship, which means an active, existing relationship and we have seen your pet for a physical exam in the last year.

We are going to do our very best to be available to you and your pets; however, coverage is limited to working hours.

** Please remember to always call the office directly in case of an emergency **
