Vivian Yan became a licensed veterinary technician in December of 2006. She started a family at a young age, but this did not stop her from following her dream of working with animals. She went to LaGuardia to study Veterinary Technology in 2003 and graduated in 2006. Over the course of 15 years, Vivian specialized in working with felines – this gave her a strong set of skills and love for cats. She also worked in several emergency specialty hospitals where she worked with both cats and dogs and obtained a more advanced set of skills and knowledge. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and going to the movies. Vivian also has a love for Corgi’s. She has found a home at Seaport Animal Hospital for the past four years, where she is proud to be a Hospital Supervisor and a licensed veterinary technician.
